Can I cancel an order if I change my mind?

Yes, you can. If you cancel your order before your item is sent to Australia Post, we will cancel your order and give you a full refund.

If your order cancellation is made after the dispatch, your items will need to be returned in original will get your full refund if products returned is in a new ,unused and resaleable condition, and also you can exchange a product or store credit if product returned is in a new ,unused and resaleable condition.We do not accept returns that have been used,opened,damaged or not in its original packaging unless its faulty.

We will not charge you for the return  if an item is faulty or incorrect. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt with original receipt, e-receipt, and the pictures identifying the defect for our confirmation, and then please return the product within 7 days. we will pay all shipping costs and make refund once we receive the item. you will need to arrange delivery to us on your expense if you simply change your mind and wish to return and cancel the order after delivery.Once you meet the return condition, please provide your order receipt, e-receipt…when you return or exchange a product. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt  for our confirmation on Monday to Friday  10am-6.00pm.


How long will my refund take?

Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 1-5 business days.


How do I make a return?

1.If you meet the return condition, you can return your product via post.

2.Please contact us to book time to return your product at our Sydney showroom if you meet the return condition.


Can I change my existing order?

You are not able to edit, add to or cancell what you have ordered once you have placed an order. But you can cantact us to change your contact and delievery details.
