How long does it take to confirm my orders?

Once you have placed your order, it joins a queue for immediate processing and fast despatch, and you will receive an email with your tracking information.

What happens if an item I ordered was out of stock?

We try our best to always be in stock, however from time to time we may sell out. We will email you to find if you would like to replace product or get a refund. And if you would like an update on when a product will come back into stock.

We guarantee our products 100% authentic. We work directly with authorized distributors and factories to ensure that all products we sell are authentic.

About delivery

How long does shipping take?

We process and sent out your order within 2 business days, and local delivery takes between 3-7 business days to you via Australia Post eParcel.

How much does shipping cost?

We ship Australia wide, we apply a flat rate shipping cost AU$8.00 For any size orders and orders under AU$ 198.

Any order over AU$ 198 will be offered free shipping.

Is click & collect available?

Yes. Your order will be ready within 1- 2 days. Once your order is ready, we will send you a ” READY FOR COLLECTION” email to let you know to collect your items. And then please contact +61 449781868 or email info@lotustunbeauty.com.au to book time to collect your products at our Sydney showroom.

 

About return

What if my item was incorrect or faulty?

We will not charge you for the return if an item is faulty or incorrect. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt with original receipt, e-receipt, and the pictures identifying the defect for our confirmation, and then please return the product within 7 days. We will pay all shipping costs and make refund once we receive the item.

How will I receive my refund?
